2008: Named NFL defensive player of the year by the Associated Press. Selected to the Pro Bowl for the second year in a row as a starter. Voted Steelers most valuable player. Had 16 quarterback sacks setting a Steeler record. Caused 7 fumbles in 2008 leading the NFL in this category. 

2007: Named to his first Pro Bowl as a starter. Voted Steelers most valuable player. 

2005: Member of the 2005 NFL Super Bowl Champions Pittsburgh Steelers. Had 2 solo tackles in the Super Bowl.
