A Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania resident who was a three sport standout performer in high school, excelling in football, baseball and basketball. Played football and baseball while at Yale University and was a three year letterman in both sports. Received B.A. from Yale in 1978. Obtained Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1981. Is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Association. Member of the Sports and Entertainment Law section of the bar association. Certified agent with the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) since 1984. Was appointed in 1990 by the NFLPA as the coordinator of all Miami Dolphins draftees to monitor and report the progress of all contract negotiations with the Dolphins and the drafted players respective agents to the NFLPA. Approved Athletes representative for USA Track & Field and has been approved as an athlete representative over the years by the countries of Australia, Canada, Trinidad, England, Morocco, Bahrain, Norway, and the International Amateur Athletic Federation based in Monaco. A founding member of the Association of Athletics managers (AAM). Member of the Selection Committee for USA Track & Field’s election of the World Championship coaches for the 2003, 2005, and 2007 US World Team as well as the Olympic coaches for 2004, 2008. Represented the Country of Qatar’s Athletic Federation as agent and attorney from 1990 through 1998. Currently represents the Athletics federation of the country of Bahrain. Represents numerous athletes as an agent and attorney. Major focus of representation is Track and Field and football. Have been active in Track & Field representation of athletes since 1986. Athletes represented include World Record holders, Olympic Gold medal winners, as well as World Championships Gold medal winners. Has spoken to various bar associations for their continuing legal education courses on sports law and attorneys as agents as well as the University of Pittsburgh School of Business on Sports marketing and Robert Morris University. Numerous other speaking engagements about sports law and agents and their rolls in sports. Married to Dina Nubani and has two daughters and one son. |

A Butler, Pennsylvania native and an outstanding athlete, Bill has demonstrated sports excellence at all levels. As an athlete, Bill was team captain of his undefeated high school gymnastics team, captain of an undefeated college gymnastics team and as a coach his gymnastics team record of 102 victories to 1 defeat all landed him in the Butler County Hall Of Fame. A graduate of The University Of New Mexico, Bill also did his post graduate work there in the area of Exercise Physiology. As a professional, Bill has developed a reputation as a gifted leader. He has been CEO of YMCAs for 35 years where he has demonstrated those leadership skills. During his professional work he has lead the Beaver County YMCA, from a near bankrupt organization to one of the finest YMCAs in America, building a 72,000 square foot state of the art award winning building with 11,000 Members. Bill has been involved in the representation of professional athletes since 1984 handling Pro football players and Olympic track athletes and has represented them at the highest level. He is a registered NFLPA Athlete representative. Bill has been married to his wife Linda for 39 years and has a son and his daughter was a state champion sprinter, and a college athlete. | |

Time is the 5th fastest ever 12.94. 1991 silver medalist from the 1991 World Championships. Bronze medal in the 1992 Olympic Games. Bronze medal in the 1993 World Championships. 4th in the 1987 and 1995 World Championships. Presently coaching young athletes in New Jersey. Assists Collegiate hurdlers at the University of Pennsylvania and Princeton. Travels with SMMI athletes throughout Europe in the summer season. |
